• Reservations are confirmed only after payment of the deposit and signed agreement.
   

• Full payment must be made before delivery or pickup.
   
• Accepted payment methods: (specify: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, etc.).
   
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the order.
   

• Delivery fees depend on location, distance, and items rented.
   
• The client must ensure someone is available at the venue during delivery and pickup times.
   
• Any delay caused by the client may result in additional fees.
   

• All items must be used properly and safely.
   
• The client is responsible for ensuring items are protected from damage, theft, or adverse weather.
   
• Items must not be altered, painted, or modified without permission.
   

• The client is fully responsible for any damage, stains, loss, or breakage during the rental period.
   
• Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly.
   
• Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty items.
   

• Cancellations made at least X days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (specify percentage).
   
• Cancellations made less than X days before the event are non-refundable.
   
• Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise.
   

• Standard rental duration is 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Additional days will incur extra fees.
   

• BERTIE DECOR is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of rental items.
   
• The client assumes all responsibility once the items have been delivered or picked up.
   

• For outdoor events, the client must ensure adequate protection of rented items during rain, wind, or harsh weather.
   
• Additional fees may apply for weather-related damage.
